Education: Tier 1 College
Years of Experience: 3 years
Current Company: Unicorn startup
Title/Level: SDE1 (Backend Developer)
Location: Bangalore
Current Total Comp: 21+9 (Base + Esops) LPA

I have to shift to NCR region (gurgaon, delhi, noida) due to personal reason. Please suggest some companies in the NCR region or remote(permanent WFH) having good wlb and will give decent hike (Sde-1 to sde-2).

So my priority would be:
WLB >> Pay > Work
