I have offers from VISA and Walmart Global Tech.
Both have same CTC of 32 LPA.
But benefits wise walmart offers more (Free meals, parent insurance etc).
Both are Java spring backend role.
Walmart offers IN3 and Visa offers SSE (Both are comparable I believe).

My priorirty is Peace of mind> Tech stack > Growth.

Can anyone help me to choose one among these? Really confused now. Any leads will be helpful.
