Recently I got the offer for SDE1 position at Amazon India. The team is in Transportation org working on a completely new project from scratch. Team is TFS, in which they are building an new platform.. Just wanted to know about the work cultute, WLB, PIP culture in this org in Amazon. Any suggestions are welcome.
