Hi All,

I need help to select one of the offers.

Currently I am having offers from Meesho (SDE -1), Freshworks (Software Engineer - Backend) and Nagarro (Engineer), first 2 are product based start-up, whereas Nagarro is service-based company.

P.S. Nagarro's compensation is the lowest. And Meesho is offering WFA.

My Priority :

1. Learning Culture
2. Work culture
3. Core Engineering Team
4. Career growth
5. Company stability
6. Salary/Appraisals
7. Any other pros/cons

Would like to know some suggestions which company is better in which area. Please let me know your thoughts regarding all the companies.

I have 1.5 YOE in service based company, I want to learn and contribute as much as I can and want to grow with the company.
