Hi, I applied for Uber, Microsoft, Rippling and Rubrik via referrals but the Application got rejected and I couldn't even get the chance to get the first round of Interview.
I am from a tier 1.5 College and currently working as a Frontend developer in a Product based Startup for past 2 Years. My Tech stack is HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJs and Redux.
Any tips on what should I do to get noticed by the recruiters would be very helpful for me as well as for a lot of other people like me who are studying this discussion thread.
