Just like what the title suggests, I saw from a lot of the post here that people are getting interviews from those top notch companies like google amazon, fb and Amazon. I am just wondering how people sucessfully landed those interviews? i have been cold applying and reach out to recruiters but i have no luck since. Do poeple here usually have like relatives or people they know to refer them? I mean i do not know anyone from any those companies, and the fruitless application makes me wondering if i should still continue pursuing leetcode. Can someone give me some advice? Thanks
