Hi,\n\nRecently i got two job offers\n\nCompany1 ( MNC - Fortune 500 company ) :\n\n**12 lakh base + 1.2 lakh bonus every year + 86k Profident fund + 7.5 lakh stock vested over 4years(25% every year) + 50k wellness benifit every year.**\n\nNotice period - 1month\n\nCompany2 ( Startup with 70M funding) : \n\nThey are offering **22lpa** in which it is completely in-hand, around **20lakh base.**\n\nNotice period - 3months(If we leave before 1year), 2months(If we leave after 1year).\n\nAs a fresher , Considering the recession and layoffs happening in startups, i am really confused to choose in between those two companies. I am more inclined to MNC as i will get good work life balance and i will get enough time to prepare for good companies like amazon, microsoft, walmart, intuit, atlassian.\n\nPlease give your suggestions.
