I have 2 offers from WITCH and another small Service Based Company, both offering same CTC.

Good thing about WITCH is good wlb so more time to study DSA and i am already mapped to a project, but issues is that they have 3 months Notice Period and also it's a WITCH( bad rep).

Regarding other small org, although they have 2 months NP, reviews of that company are that they are hire-fire.

My overall aim is to study for 7-8 months for DSA and System Design along side job and try for FAANG.

SO what would you recommend as i will get more time to study in WITCH but NP is 3 months, and for other org, sword will be on my neck all the time-so no peace of mind.
