Hello everyone,\n\nCurrently, I\'m in a service based company and looking for a job change for which I\'m preparing also (consistently).\nI have 1.8 YOE and haven\'t resigned yet. The notice period here is 90 days. I have been reached out by recruiters mainly on Naukri.com but I don\'t know after filling up the forms, test link doesn\'t come, for which I\'m thinking no company waits for 90 days. (notice period section is always there in the forms).\n\nMy question is should I resign before, taking risk that in 90 days I\'ll get a job or let it be as it is, waiting for a company that\'ll wait for me for 90 days.
