I have 10 years of experience and got selected in Office 365 and waiting for the offer. Previous experience is in Adobe Systems (6.5 years), and paytm etc. I have some doubts regarding Microsoft noida.

• What would be the level (63/64) should be offered to me based on my current YOE etc.
• What should be the expected compensation given my current TC at Adobe is ~75LPA and I have offer from Arcesium for PE at ~1.05CPA and waiting for offers from other companies like swiggy.
• How is office 365 org in terms of Work life balance, learning etc.
• How diifficult is it to move to management role within Microsoft office 365 org.
