I have 4 years of experience and I have just switched to a Financial Service company, Its been just 4 months but the kind of work that is being given is completely different from what was discussed in the interview, Its not even completely technical. I have spoken about this to my manager but there is no change, Should I look to switch or will it be too early? I have learned nothing in the past 4 months and the technical and engineering related tasks have been minimal.

Would appreciate any advise here.
