Hello guys, recently I got an offer from OCI India.\n\n\nCurrent comp: 25 LPA\nCurrent position: SE2 at a product based company\n\nOffer at OCI:\nThe yearly compensation stands somewhere at 55 LPA(stocks + basic).\nPosition IC3\n\nMy main concern is that I don\'t have any working experience with public cloud tecnologies and other technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker etc which apparently they use a lot. So, I am worried will I be able to keep up with the work. I am worried that I will not be able to do the work.\n\nNeed suggestion guys. Are my concerns fair and valid? Does it happen with you guys too when you join a new job etc? \n
