Location: Gurgaon, India
Base salary: ₹30,00,000
RSU: Performance based
Perks: Standard Sprinklr perks
Total Compensation: ~₹31,00,000
Pros:

• Higher pay
• Learning opportunities
• Higher and faster promotions

Cons:

• Low WLB

Company: Google
Title / Level: SDE
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Base salary: ₹18,40,000
Signing Bonus: ₹1,50,000
Stock Bonus: $32,500 stock grant vested over 4 years (33%, 33%, 22%, 12%)
Bonus: Performance based bonus around 15% of salary every
Perks: Standard Google perks
Total Compensation: ~₹31,00,000
Pros:

• WLB and perks are attractive
• Better carrier opportunity
• Get mentored from highly experienced people
• Tag of Google on your resume

Cons:

• Slow growth
• Learning opportunities might be low as compared to startup
• Google lowballs :(
• Salary would mostly be lower as compared to Sprinklr after first year
