1. Someone with home Location in Delhi (Microsoft Noida, Uttar Pradesh is 35-40 km away from home location) is eligible for relocation (lumpsum/ managed serivces) or not?

2. How is Office/ Office 365/ Outlook Team/ Org. in Microsoft Noida in terms of WLB and Career Growth (Learning/ Promotion/ etc.) ?

3. Does above Team/ Org. allows WFH or Hybrid work in Microsoft Noida ?

4. While searching for Microsoft Noida on Google Maps, I can see two offices:

   • FIrst: Microsoft R&D in Noida, film city having Office Architecture inspired by Taj Mahal and having 3 floors in a common building with other companies.
   • Second: Microsoft IDC, KP Towers near to the first one.
     Which one of above is currently functional/ active? Also, Out of the above two, which one does a New Grad is allocated to?

5. What is the procedure to change location (after say X months of working in Microsoft Noida) within:

   • same team/ org. ? (Eg: Noida Office 365 -> Bangalore/ Hyderabad Office 365)
   • different team/ org. ? (Eg: Noida OneDrive -> Bangalore/ Hyderabad Azure)

P.S: Please can someone help from Microsoft (Noida) to clarlify above doubts? Cracked interview process few days back, will surely share more details after receiving offer.
