I have a two offer letter which are as follows:

Company : Franklin Templeton Investments (US base product base )
Location : Hyderabad
CTC : 16 CTC (13 in hand + 2 bonus) + 4 LPA JB
Technology : Java and BlockChain (obvisoly they will tech me )
Role : Associate Software Engineer

Company : Infoedge (Naukri.com)
Location : Noida
CTC : 19 Fixed in hand + 2 Bonus
Technoloy : Java Backend developer
Role : Senior Software Engineer

I have 1.7 YOE and lives near noida (approx 7 hour away).

What which offer should i go with. As i know blockchain is the future but didn't find any good job openning on linkedin n all.
