Hi Leetcodian,

I have joined Arcesium 6 months back as Engineering Lead. I have around 7 years of experience and have worked in couple of top product based company earlier.

Actually, there are only 2 people in my team who are here for more than 2 years. Other are here for max 5-6 months. And due to that, any of my query is not getting answered soon, which is why I am not able to contribute with good pace and I am getting demotivated.

Also, on-call load is too much and work are also scatterd due to the technology transition and so much unknown dependency on other teams.

So, wanted to take your opinion on should I leave this org or not. If yes, then will there be any impact on my resume due to leaving a company this early? And generally, what will be the pros and cons?
