Currently employed in Salesforce, been here over 3.5 years.
Current CTC is quite low (~37 LPA, 30 base) but expecting a promotion in next 2 months which should correct it to be ~60 LPA range.
That said, I still would wanna switch if I get a competitive offer, what should be a reasonable ask for me to tell the recruiter?
