Hi Leetcode fam,\n\nI have been working in an organization for 1.9 years in C++ and java stack. The product is a legacy product. It is a desktop application. From past 4 -5 months I have been applying to companies via referral and direct but getting reply from very few companies. \nNow I have managed to get offer from 2 companies Qualcomm and VMware(MTS-1). Both giving the C++ tech stack only. But I have huge interest in working in java and back end system design. \nI am unsure of (1) should I stay, prepare more with LLD, HLD and try after one year for SDE 2 position. Or (2) shall I switch now, prepare more with LLD, HLD and try for SDE 2 position.\nThe Advantage with the second option is that I have the good base with the good company so might be that I got easy shortlisting.\nI would like to know what is Leetcode guys have to say in this? \nIs this feasible to change C++ to java backend? \n
