I have started applying to jobs and not able to figure out what are these 2 questions
i have did some research but not finding answer

Do you now, or will you in the future, require immigration sponsorship for work authorization (e.g. visa transfer, Permanent Residence, etc.)?

Are you subject to a non-solicit agreement at your current or most recent employer?

Can anyone please tell me about these
