I have been working with Flipkart since last 10 months. But I started to feel like I am not getting enough work to do. So is it good time to look for the other options or it would be better to stay here and wait for becoming SDE2 before doing the switch?

Any thoughts about when to decide, one should move on from a company like Flipkart?
