Hey Folks!

I Joined OCI 2 months back with offer details as below:

YOE: 4.5 yrs
Level: IC3
CTC: 62 LPA (Obviously It is a combo of Fixed+RSUs+Joining Bonus)

However, I am not liking the work here. Project is a legacy system with old tech stacks. System is big, So only thing I see learning here is the different parts of system.

Otherwise, for me I don't see anything to explore.

So I was wondering if I should think of switching. Or should I wait some more time? (This option I don't see working as I don't see anyhting changing soon but open to opinions).

And if I had to switch, what are the best option to look for in the market? Below are few criterias I feel will work for me:

1. Work life balance (I am looking for challenging env but not at cost of imbalance)
2. I want to interview for limited companies only! (Max 10)
3. Location Bangalore
4. CTC should at least match!
