I am currently in decent SBC (not witch) with mediocre package (12.5 CTC) looking for switch with about 1.8 Yoe

I have currently following offers

Medium level startup (social media) : 17 CTC (15 + 1JB + 1 Var Bonus) SDE 1 (in my current tech stack which i dont like but internal transfer is easy)

Early stage Startup (supply chain) 18 CTC (15 + 2 Var Bonus + 1 RLB) SDE 1 (in my current tech stack which i dont like)

Amazon = 22B + 5JB + 1.5 RLB SDE 1 (team is yet to be decided but will be backend role which i am targetting)

I need a learning environment as my current company dev experience was kinda meh with very very early stage tech poc's and team here is very laid back and dysfunctional (no code reviews , test case coverages etc) and other factors (8hrs time tracking software + 90days NP + no wfh) made me leave from there

I am cool with workoholic wlb as i believe i am very young and can focus on learning for the most part

I can mostly google stuff and build up the req on my own but not in best way(lacking LLD + HLD skills) & currently i am a leetcode monkey

My heart says to join AMZ but then reading the reviews and Horror PIP stories online (especially on Blind) its making me my stomach turn and causing 2nd doubts

Should take the pill and leave brand value of amazon ? this will hurt me because being from SBC i usually dont get short listed that easily (even with referrals) also I would be leaving the chance to work with backend role which i am targetting

Or

Should i give a try to amz and do leetcoding side by side as a backup ? as with current market scenario i feel startups are equally dangerous for considering layoff and stuff.
