I have an oncampus offer from Oracle in India and another offcampus offer which I am inclined to take. I have gotten the offer letter from Oracle which I am planning to sign so that I have a backup job in case things go wrong. Can I be sued/asked to work on a notice period if I reject Oracle offer before joining date and after signing its offer letter?

Honestly, the offer letter clauses are very confusing any help on this regard would be highly appreciated.
