I've received offers for Amazon SDE2 (see here: https://leetcode.com/discuss/interview-experience/2036047/Amazon-or-SDE2-or-London-or-May-2022-Offer) and Meta Rotational Engineer in London.

I'm fortunate that my current salary covers my bills so I value the opportunity to grow more than money. The Meta role seems like it's more geared towards that, but the flipside is it's only a 12 month contract. You might get an E4 offer - if you perform well - but it's not guaranteed. On the other hand, Amazon looks like a good opportuinty too and it's a long term contract. Any thoughts?
