Need help deciding a Google Offer

I went through Google's interview process (L4) in last 3 months (man, they're slow).
Now the recruiter is saying they can offer me L3 now, or can I choose to re-interview for L4 after 1-2 months.

The feedback they gave me for downleveling to L3 is one tech round didn't go that great, and the G&L round didn't show them enough leadership skills. (For me the G&L round went very well, but I, ofcouse, can't judge my answers).

Please help me decide if I should choose to pick L3 now or re-interview in 1-2 months?

Threats (If I choose L3 now):

  • Atleast 1-2 years before I can get promoted to L4.
  • May get low-balled in comp as well. (I don't have decent competing offers right now, and G loves situations like this)
  • Second job-switch at the same level in resume. (Bad career growth trajectory?)

Threats (If I re-interview):

  • May or may not get an L4, depends on interviews (One screw up and I even loose the L3?)
  • Efforts doing all the DSA prep again (Man I hate this).

Pros (If I re-interview):

  • People don't generally get to re-interview in 1-2 months. (I see people getting 6-9 months cool off period. I'm lucky?)
  • I could maybe align up a few more interviews offers this time for better opportunity or comp negotiation.
