Microsoft:
Got hired as a Software Engineer (L60) for dataverse (Dynamics365) team and even though the manager said that you will own stuff from dev, testing, deployment and support, I feel there is a high chance that it is a devops heavy role.
TC: 22L base, 40k stocks, 3L joining bonus, 3.8L reallocation bonus

Nutanix:
Got hired as MTS2 for beam team and I will be working on pure backend tasks maybe with additional frontend.
TC: 22L base, 30k stocks, 0 joining/yearly/reallocation bonus

Even though microsoft tc is higher, there is a risk of getting a devops heavy role so I'm not sure if I should take microsoft offer and hope that I am able to switch internally to dev or join Nutanix with lesser toc.
