I have recently joined a service based company with X LPA (base), now It's been just 2 weeks and I have got another offer with X+8 LPA (base) from a product based company (FAANG) with stock options and JB, Should I resign from my current organization? Is it advisable to leave company within few weeks? What Impact will it have on my resume?

Please help.

I have 2+ YoE full time experience.
