Hi all,

I have received offer from Qualcomm (Hyderabad) and Ciena (Gurgaon) . I have experience of 2yrs in product based company working as C++ developer.
The compensation on paper of both companies are almost same. I am not sure of additional benefits provided which these two companies provide.
Can you help me decide which company to choose. What are the career growth in these companies.
