Hi. I have been working at Microsoft, Bangalore as a SWE-2 for about 6 months now. This is my salary structure,
Base: 30L
Bonus: 15 %
Stocks: 40K USD vested over 4 years

I have received an offer from Google for the role of Application Engineer with the following salary structure.
Base: 22.5L
Bonus: 15 %
Joining bonus: 7L
Stocks: 93K USD vested over 4 years

I am really confused now as to what to do. Lower base is definitely hitting hard but there is stock option as well.
What should I be doing? Should I stay at Microsoft or join Google?
