I have an offer from Amazon(new grad, San Diego) and Nutanix(MTS - 2, San Jose) . I am looking for some help to decide on them.
Work:
Amazon: Work on to provide information in Amazon’s grocery catalog (Backend, AWS, Java)
Nutanix: Operating Systems, Performance optimaztion for data recovery (OS, C++, Python)

Compensation:
Amazon: 130k base, 28k sign on bonus, 96k RSUs
Nutanix: 170k base, 10k sign on bonus, 115k RSUs (vesting 25% each year)

Compensation is good at Nutanix and I like working on system level programming, OS stuff etc. Is it a no brainer that I should go with Nutanix? Any points for Amazon since it has scope for more opportunities in future (not sure if Amazon brand helps). Hoping to hear some suggestions.
