I am a QAE at a service based company and i have also completed a year. Its been long hours every day and the pay is just 4lpa.I surely have a good understanding regarding the role i have in the team. I have been getting multiple recognition awards but my worries are about salary.
Is it a good option to try for a switch after a year of experience?

Also, which certification would be a good to have for. a QAE?
