Passed Google L3, couldn't get through L4. YOE: 2y 10months

Compensation offered:

Base: 25L
Stocks: 62LPA over 4 years, 16L for first year
Signon bonus: 2L
Perf bonus ~15%

Current compensation(recently switched) is base 42L and RSU 20L per anum at SDE2 role.

Does it make sense to take Google L3 if plan is to go via L1 visa to USA and very few places offer that?

Would short term taking up lowball offer be beneficial in long run?

I'm currently in frontend and Google offering Fullstack, so isnt that better?
