I recenntly got offer from amazon and I told them I have notice period of 2 months and they shared the offer accordingly, now issue is after checking I came to know that I have 3 months of notice period. should I tell hr directly about it as its my mistake they can cancel my offer. and in current company they are telling me to pay for 3 months then only I can leave, please I need advice, either I can be honest with amazon hr about 3 months notice period(they can cancel it) or with current company request for early release(which I think imposible) so need to payout
