Hey guys, \n\nI am having 9 years of exp in product dev.\n\n**I am currently holding 2 offers, one from Adobe and one from OCI.**\n\n**CTC (80 LPA)** is almost the same for both, just some difference in CTC structure.\nGetting similar desingation also in both, **PMTS (OCI) and CS 2 (Adobe)**\n\nI need to make the decision by next week as my last day in my current org is in May. \n\n**Also my current org is offering me 60 LPA to stay back (current is ~44 LPA)**\n\nI have heard that work culture in Adobe is not good, where as WLB in OCI is not good.\nAlso have heard that increments are nearly negligible in both, just some stock refreshers.\n\n**Please help me by sharing hows the work culture/wlb/growth is there in both the companies.**\n\nI am also going through Amazon interviews, 3 rounds done, 2 more in next week. If cleared, that will be SDE 2...I believe CTC would again be on similar lines.
