Hello Leetcode community, \n\nI am working with my current company since ~1 year (additional 5 months internship).\n\nI started looking for a switch last month as my current compensation was not even close to current SDE market, and got a couple of offers as well. I got more than 100% hike on my current compensation.\nI informed my manager few days back that I want to resign. He is ready to match the offer. \n\nMy question is, Is it Ok to accept current company\'s offer ? What can be the disadvantages in a longer run. \n\nThe work is really good in my current team, and I am working on latest technologies. Current company has a very decent WLB. I don\'t think I\'ll be able to get this kind of work easily wherever I am switching, only reason for switch was **Pay**.\n\n\nPlease let me know your thoughts.\n\nCurrent TC ~ **10.5 LPA**.\n\nOffered TC ~ **22 LPA**\n
