I have accepted an offer , dropped my resignation on April 11 and my notice period in current organisation is 60 days. So i had informed both parties that my last date of work in current company will be June 10 and date of joining new company will be June 13.

Recently current org informed me that due to certain organisation realignment in current company, they are relieving me 20 days before the end of notice period. They informed me abt the complexities in keeping me till the end of notice period and i am convinced with it. I have now decided to take 20 days as a break for personal time.

My concern is, should I be informing the new company, that my last working is preponed ? I am worried that they may push me to join ASAP if they get to know me.

OR

let me take the time of 20 days and join the company as promised earlier? wanted to know if that has any impact.
