It's been almost a month now since I cleared final round of interviews with TimesInternet. The recruiter had confirmed this over mail and also asked for few documents and information about my current employment.

After 4 days from then, he confirmed on the details shared by me and extended a verbal offer. On asking ETA of offer letter over mail, he told me that it does take some time and would be sent to me by next 5-7 working days.

In the meantime, he called up over phone to negotiate on joining bonus part by increasing the joining bonus and cutting down on the CTC offered. We discussed around the same and finally agreed to cut few thousands from CTC to add up in the joining bonus.

Now it's been roughly 25 days as of today since I got communicated of clearing final round and request to share details - I have not yet received the offer letter yet.

The recruiter also never replied to my follow ups over email and there's no formal reply from him to our discussion so far. He takes up my call, sometimes tries to avoid it by sending plane text messages too.

I am really not sure how to approach to this. Need your help.
