I joined a service based giant company as fresher. They gave me SAP abap as my skill and got a project in SAP BODS which is basically an ETL tool. Me without having any knowledge thought of trying and learning it.
Now I have realiased there is no learnig curve, growth, demand in market. On top of that my salary is also not good neither is the work culture here. This June I will have one year of experience in which 6 months was training and bench period. I really want to come out of this mess, hoping to work in any startup or product based company.
Please guide on how should I prepare, what should I do. Any suggestion will be acknowledged/helpful. Also notice period here is 90 days which is other big hurdle which I have to overcome.
