Hi everyone!

Background: 2019 B.Tech CSE Grad from GGSIPU, Delhi
Currently working with a service based MNC, holding 2.6 YoE.
Intially i was tagged into project with no learning, just manual excel sheet work, took me around 2 years to take release from that project.
Now, working in a development project but it has extremely toxic work culture, and people are exteremly rude, and not helpful at all.
I am totally lost on how to get out of here, plus my pay is way to low~ 4.1 LPA. I need sincere advice from all of you to guide me how to move further. Feeling stuck in this situation.
