I have 3 year gap after collage due to some health issue and covid-19 shits! what should i need to do, to get SDE role

I resently started leedcode practicing question but it seems realy hard! took around 3 hour to write code of easy to medium level question but most surprisingly not able to pass test cases

I realy want some one to guide me about how i can achive this goal, what path i have to follow?
