Hi Fellow Leetcoders, need suggestions from you all,
I am currently working at OCI-IDC ,its been 6 months here ,In a very good and chill team where it is unlike the normal reviews of OCI which we find over the internet .
YOE 3 , OCI -MTS[IC2]
TC- 38[base]+8[Joining bonus]+80k/4 stocks[these are 1000 units]

Now Microsoft is offering L61 for
TC- 32[Base]+ 6[Joining bouns] +70k/4 stocks
Work is same in both , but I feel my overall growth in OCI would be more as I am working in a very High impacting team , moreover I get time to do free-lancing[Teaching,Mentorship]
PS-> I had also switched from PayPal in 9 months and if a switch is made now from OCI in 6 months it might not look good.
Would be grateful if you could pour in your suggestions .
