Hello All,\n\nI have offers from Zeta(SDET-II) as well as Oracle(SMTS) in the SDET roles. Mostly in both fixed pay is same and the only difference is ZETA providing ESOPS worth of 14 L over 4 years(10%, 20%, 30%, 40%) whereas in Oracle there are no RSU\'s.\n\nCan any one please suggest which company to join for better career growth, wlb and stability as well?
