Hi there leetcode community,\n\nMy senior has started his own startup and he\'s currently the CTO there. He has offered me to join his startup at the same base package + 0.2 % ESOP of the startup.\n\nThe startup is India based, it has raised 400k USD as pre-seed funding round. They\'re planning to go for series A in a year or exit completely by selling to big company. This is the only reason why I am looking to join the startup; i.e to make big money in short time. The senior has also convinced me I would be able to achieve finanical freedom, etc. I am ready to take the risk; the only problem is I think if this doesn\'t workout the way I planned (in most cases) what will I lose?\n\nIf I do some prep for 3-4 months, I would easily land a SDE - 2 Job at top FAANG / startups / etc.\n\nIt is an edtech startup, wouldn\'t be able to disclose the startup name or current company name.\n\nCurrent CTC: 16 LPA (INR)
