Hi,

I am being held on PIP aka Performance Improvement Plan. Looks like the manager is adamant to fire me eventually. How should I handle the situation? I am super tensed. I also feel relieved the words finally came out from his mouth after mentally harassing me for the past 2-3 months. But, my question is: Does being on PIP always lead to termination.
