I am currently working as an SDE2 L61 at Microsoft.
My base pay is 26LPA and I have stocks worth of 25kUSD and 25%got vested already.

I recently got an offer from JPMC glasgow for 51K GBP as fixed and there would be bonus on top of that.No relocation / joining/any other benefits apart from this.

I am confused. Should i take the JPMC offer and fly or stay back here.
