Hi i have 4 years of experience and i have 2 offer letters currently.
One is 20 LPA fixed + 3.5 lpa bonus
Second is 24 LPA fixed + 3 LPA bonus + 3 LPA espos/year

The 20 LPA one company is better than this 24 LPA one but i can not join with 20 LPA because it is very less.i have 3 months of notice period and one month is already served by me.I have 2 months left and i am giving interviews in other compnies as well.

I have already accepted 20 LPA one. Should i also accept this 24 one and show it in other compnies or is it wrong to accept multiple offers? How to deal with this situation?

Please help
