Hi peps, I have two good offers from AWS and Microsoft in Dublin. I need some help to pick.

Microsoft has good work/life balance, good benefits and good culture, but I'm used to unix/macos so will need to switch a lot the way I work. I'm also a bit afraid to shift to Microsoft technologies. I'm sure they are good, but less reusable than open source equivalent. Also, the smaller levels in the carreer ladders make me think it is easier to progress (to some extend).

AWS has more dynamic teams. The scale of the system seems bigger and it feels I will learn faster. But, it has little benefits, and I read so many feedbacks about the terrible work/life balance.

Does someone have any feedback that could help me choose?
