Can someone please guide me where to join as a fresh grad out of college, I have offer from Flipkart and startup , startup compensation is higher than Flipkart.

I am very much confused to choose brand or better learning experiance. It feels like if i dont join Flipkart , I would face difficulty in future if i want to apply for Senior SDE . Badly confused as I feel people respect more to people in renowned MnCs.
