I am a Java Spring backend developer with 14 years of experience. Looking for similar profiles (at least 10+ years) to pair up/ group up to help motivate and study for interview preparations. I have been trying to study on my own, but I keep procrastinating and falling behind schedule. So many things to study, I jump from one topic to the next, forgetting the stuff I previously studied.

I have a B.E in Computer Science, M.S. from the United States, also in Computer Science, working in Hyderabad in a product-based company, and unhappy with the current CTC. I would prefer people who work in the Java Spring Microservices tech stack.

I have searched in relevant Discord communities, Telegram communities, everywhere. This is my last resort to find people similar to my profiles who are also looking to switch jobs in the current IT-boom.
