Hi all,

I wanted to ask how useful it is to give an honest(negative) feed back about your manager in the anonymous survey? I have recently been having a very tough time dealing with my manager's negative comments in our 1:1 and I really wanted to bring this up to higher management without doing any skip level? I want to concentrate on my work but his constant insults and rebukes always demoralize me. Any suggestions??
